These terms and conditions govern the personal training and pregnancy fitness services provided by Thea Hudson. By participating in any training session or exercise programme, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2.1. You confirm that you have received medical clearance from your GP, midwife, or other healthcare professional before starting or continuing any exercise programme, particularly if pregnant or postnatal.
2.2. You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, symptoms, or concerns that may affect your ability to participate in physical activity, including but not limited to pregnancy-related conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, or musculoskeletal issues.
2.3. You agree to inform Thea Hudson of any changes in your health status, including new injuries, illnesses, or complications that arise during training.
2.4. It is your responsibility to listen to your body, follow exercise modifications where necessary, and stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain.
3.1. You acknowledge that exercise, including pregnancy and postnatal training, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, discomfort, falls, dizziness, muscle strain, or other complications.
3.2. While all exercises are designed with safety in mind, Thea Hudson cannot guarantee the elimination of all risks. You voluntarily assume responsibility for any injuries or health complications that may arise.
4.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Thea Hudson from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation in training sessions.
4.2. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from negligence, except where such negligence results in personal injury or death under UK law.
5.1. Payment for sessions must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full unless due to medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances at Thea Hudson’s discretion.
5.3. If Thea Hudson needs to cancel a session, a rescheduled session or refund will be offered.
6.1. If participating in online or remote training, you accept full responsibility for ensuring a safe workout environment, including adequate space, suitable flooring, and appropriate footwear.
6.2. Thea Hudson cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained due to inadequate or unsafe home exercise environments.
7.1. Personal information collected for training purposes, including health details, will be kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations.
7.2. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or in an emergency affecting your health and safety.
8.1. Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times.
8.2. Thea Hudson reserves the right to refuse or terminate training services if a client behaves in an inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe manner.
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
