Hi there, I’m Thea, a Specialist Pregnancy & Postpartum Trainer, a mum to Baby Otto and CrossFit Level 2 Coach. I am based South West London covering Wandsworth, Southfields & Earlsfield.
I am a fitness fanatic, who truly lives and breathes what I do whilst also juggling mum lift. I am always looking for the next adventure, training hard and keeping the wellbeing of me and my family at the centre of my focus. I am committed to continuously developing my knowledge, skills and life experience. Don’t forget, life is meant to be lived!
I began my Personal Training business ‘Thea Hudson Fitness ’because I wanted to spread the joy and happiness that this lifestyle has offered me. As a Personal Trainer/CrossFit Coach, I knew I could have a really positive impact on people’s lives.
Over the years of working with new mums and mums-to-be I’ve been increasingly passionate about making sure women are offered a way to continue to train and stay strong & confident throughout pregnancy and beyond.
Fast forward to late 2021 when I fell pregnancy myself, having my first baby in June 2022 and then having my second in January 2024, I now feel even more able to help my clients navigate this chapter having been through it all myself.
Part of living life to the fullest, is taking great care of the one body & life we get given. I believe a strong, happy and confident mum is an even bigger asset to their family.
My approach is to build a positive and fun environment for my clients, whilst also using my experience and knowledge to help them achieve their goals whilst pregnant and during the postpartum recovery.
