Mums and Mums-to-be are more robust than we are given credit for and it’s so important to be strong and active during this chapter of life. I am here to help guide you through this keeping you active and strong in an adapted and safe way.
Being a mum is a massive juggle and that is why babies are always welcome in the sessions. See me as part Personal Trainer and part Baby Whisperer!
Individual £80 for one-off or £75 per session in packages.

Already feeling pretty confident about your training but looking for some guidance, accountability and direction to keep you on track in your sessions? You might feel you need someone to be accountable too, and this is where I step in.
There are a few different programmes to choose from. All sessions are offered to cater for either pre-natal, postpartum or the time after that when you have children but would no longer consider yourself in the postpartum phase anymore.
Fixed weekly programming (Gym or Home Version)
This is designed to keep you strong and fit for life as a mum! Includes 3 programmed sessions a week with video guidance, weekly feedback, contact via WhatsApp for any questions and progress tracking.
Fixed Programming: £10.00 per week.

Bespoke Programming
Designed specifically around your own personal goals and objectives for either pregnancy or postpartum training. Includes up ton 3 programmed sessions a week with video guidance, weekly feedback, contact via WhatsApp for any questions and progress tracking as well as a bi-weekly call.
£80 per month for 2 sessions a week
£120 per month for 3 sessions a week.
Virtual Classes
Postpartum Virtual class running weekly for 45 minutes at 7.30pm on a Wednesday evening.
These are designed to keep you moving from the comfort of your own home whilst also juggling mum life!
As a mum myself I know it isn’t easy to fit everything in, but this is 45 minutes just for you. :)
All you need is a mat and 2 x dumbbells or water bottles! I will bring the programming and enthusiasm.
