Who am I?

My approach is to build a positive, fun and safe environment for my clients, whilst also using my experience and knowledge to help them achieve their goals.

Pre & Postnatal Personal Training

I offer specialist personal training in South West London, covering Wandsworth, Southfields, Earlsfield, and Putney. My mission is to support women through one of the most physically and emotionally demanding chapters of life, pregnancy and postpartum.

This season can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and at times scary. Your body changes in ways you never expected, and navigating the return to movement and exercise, especially with birth injuries like diastasis recti or pelvic floor dysfunction, can feel daunting. I’m here to guide you through it all with care, understanding, and expert support.

Every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and at home in her body. Whether you're healing, rebuilding, or just trying to reconnect with yourself again, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward safely and effectively. Together, we’ll work toward a version of fitness that feels like you again.

This is a phase, a chapter, not the whole story. Athleticism doesn’t end when you become a mum. You’re still powerful, capable, and deserving of a training space that honours both your body and your journey.

You don’t have to do it alone, and you don’t have to rush. We’ll take it one step at a time, with sessions designed to build strength, restore confidence, and support your unique recovery and goals.
